Headteacher's News

 Autumn Term

The first half of the Autumn Term has been and gone in a flash!  We had so much to celebrate with many of our pupils taking part in various sporting competitions such as Football and Cross Country.  We had our SIAMS (Church School) Inspection which celebrated the caring and kind nature of our pupils and staff and the inclusivity of our school.

In the second half of the Autumn Term, we've got lots coming up!

Year 5 & 6 will be taking part in a Tag Rugby competition.  Key Stage Two will be taking part in a Cross Country Competition.

As a school community, we will be standing against bullying as we take part in Anti-Bullying Week; wearing Odd Socks on Tuesday 12th November to celebrate our differences.

This half-term will also see the return of our Macmillian Coffee Morning on Friday 22nd November where we invite everyone from the community to come together to enjoy come coffee and cake.

We will, of course, also have our annual nativity show from Early Years and Key Stage One.  A highlight of every year!

Our Collective Worship theme will change to responsibility linking to our Rainbow Pledge of looking after the environment within our community.  We will learn about showing respect and compassion to ensure our world is a better place as we strive to be more like Jesus.

School opens at 8:45am and the doors close at 9am.  Pupils should be in their classroom no later than 9am to avoid missing any learning time.
