Wednesday 1 April
There was much celebration when Joe Wicks disappeared form the screen this morning – was it an April fool? For some members of the school community this was an opportunity to rest, while others are working out a routine to send to Joe that involves lying on a mat for 30 min. Then it was back to work, with lots of reading and maths going on. The afternoon was spent using Lego to make models and program them to move in some way. The drum playing money was particularly impressive. In free time there has been some amazing den making.

We had a large school today with some new visitors. We are becoming fitter doing Joe Wicks' workout we were joined by the office staff which meant the hall was nearly full. Online learning took place with some individual work on reading and spelling. Mrs Jolly is continuing to provide an excellent lunch, for some the highlight of the day. The afternoon was science based; the task was to make a burglar alarm that when off, when you stood on a mat.

The afternoon was kite making, It was hard to video but there are some photos, before the rain came.

Wednesday 25th March
10 children arrived at school today and 4 members of staff. We've been doing Joe Wicks' PE lesson every morning so far and today was no different. We got the mats out, wiped them down, did our workout and then wiped the mats down again...whilst remaining (as much as possible) two metres apart! Are you all doing your daily PE workout with Joe Wicks?
We all had so much fun and felt much happier after doing the exercise.
